Job Summary

Own the support, optimization, and governance of global media financial workflows within a Shared Services model. Serve as the functional expert for Mediaocean platforms (Prisma, Spectra) and ensure clean data integration with Deltek Maconomy ERP. You’ll drive standardization, reduce manual billing cycles, produce month-end reporting and variances, and strengthen financial controls (SOX/audit) while partnering on automation and AI-enabled anomaly detection for billing validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media billing workflows, including invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications across global brands.
•Configure and optimize Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) workflows, templates, and system settings aligned to global standards to increase processing throughput.
•Monitor and maintain data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data consistency and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Partner with agency finance, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT to deliver system training and onboard new agencies into standardized workflows.
•Produce media financial reporting and support month-end close while ensuring governance and audit compliance (SOX) and advancing automation/exception-based processing and AI-enabled billing anomaly detection.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on experience administering Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong financial literacy, including multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for reconciling, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets across disconnected systems.
