Partner Growth Manager

Own strategic partner growth for enterprise clients by pitching high-value opportunities, driving publisher performance, and managing top partner relationships. Build and execute recruitment and paid placement strategies, negotiate terms and commissions, and maintain trackers for placements and progress to goals. Serve as a subject-matter expert across client verticals, lead client kickoff and ongoing calls, and use data to pivot strategy, push back on unrealistic goals, and grow measurable outcomes.
