Create reusable best-practice technical content (sample code, presentations, white papers, workshops) while gathering insights to influence product roadmaps. Travel up to 30% within the US.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon, including proofs of concept and guidance on integration, deployment, and adoption best practices.
•Partner with account executives to understand client requirements and configure Eon’s capabilities to demonstrate fit.
•Lead new client onboarding by mapping business needs and designing Eon solutions to solve client problems.
•Advise on tracking implementation strategies and guide clients through the implementation process.
•Create and share technical best practices (sample code, blog posts, presentations, white papers, workshops), gather feedback, and influence product roadmaps.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Significant experience working with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products.
•Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) from a dev/ops perspective.
•Advanced troubleshooting skills to design and implement custom solutions.
•Excellent communication—can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment, with willingness to travel up to 30% within the US.
