Production Technician I (Day Crew)

Safely operate and maintain equipment to manufacture high-quality photovoltaic solar modules at required productivity rates. Conduct operational preventative maintenance, respond to intermediate-level alarms, and perform basic quality control. Interface with equipment and factory computer systems to monitor parameters and alarms, maintain process control, and support cross-functional testing and problem-solving. Ensure proper material inventory for the next shift, manage waste, and provide on-the-job training as needed.
