The North Face: Floor Supervisor - Old Orchard Mall

Direct and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while partnering with Store leadership to drive profitability. Oversee floor coverage, including opening and closing, supervise customer engagement and merchandising standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and directives. Support training and ongoing development through leadership programs, and help manage financial/operational objectives including loss prevention, store audits, and weekly reporting.
