Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide compliance advisory and conduct risk oversight for Life and General Insurance activities across the customer lifecycle.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and customer conduct risks.
  • •Support implementation and enhancement of conduct risk framework, controls, and monitoring programs.
  • •Advise on sales and distribution initiatives, intermediary governance, licensing, sales practices, and compliance guidance across product and customer interactions.
  • •Support investigations, regulatory reporting and remediation, and conduct compliance assessments with management information and committee reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, conduct risk, risk management, or insurance operations.
  • •Strong experience in the HK insurance industry across both Life and General Insurance businesses.
  • •In-depth knowledge of HK insurance regulations, conduct standards, and fair customer outcome principles.
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend solutions using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies.
