Program Manager, Training Strategy and Programs

Lead the development and management of strategic training programs supporting safety, customer service, and operational excellence across Airports and Cargo. Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs, manage programs from planning through sustainment, and drive timelines and coordination across teams. Use data and measurement tools to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences, incorporating process improvements, AI, and modern learning formats. Maintain documentation, reporting, and scalable delivery aligned to frontline realities.
