Job Summary

Process and validate provider data for US healthcare (non-voice), ensuring enrollment and provider records are entered into client applications in line with policies. Monitor QA performance, review discrepancies and discrepancies reports, and manage operational pends while maintaining quality and timeliness. Support floor operations with escalation handling, train teams on process updates, identify automation opportunities, and coordinate with quality to resolve root causes.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and review Provider Data Management and Provider Data Enrollment resources to the client main application according to policies.
•Lead team day-to-day operations: manage inventory, monitor QA scores, and perform reviews to improve performance.
•Train staff on new processes/process updates, create SOPs/process maps, conduct assessments, and certify staff for different production levels.
•Handle discrepancies: review discrepancy reports and comments, identify gaps, coordinate with QA to find root causes, and support solutions.
•Support operations and escalations, including contract/payment index checks, affiliation checks (Medicaid/Medicare/Exchange), and claims handling (paid, recouped, rejections, and denial management).

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in US healthcare working with Provider Data Management.
•Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts Monday–Friday 20:30 to 5:30 IST (timings may change) and handle overtime/weekends if needed.
•University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal studies.
•Good communication skills (verbal and written) with exposure to MS Office.
•Ability to read and understand provider contracts and work in a team environment.
