•Provide a global vision of services and propose evolution roadmaps to clients and internal teams.
•Supervise SDM and operations teams to ensure ITIL processes are followed and SLA/KPI targets are met.
•Analyze incidents, define corrective actions, and secure continuous service continuity while guiding transformation and optimization initiatives.
