Key Responsibilities

  • •Own course production end to end: write the learning script, storyboard screens, design visuals, build interactions, and publish in WorkRamp.
  • •Shape technical documentation into on-screen copy by defining tone, chunking, and measurable learning objectives for each module.
  • •Build the interactive layer, including knowledge checks, scenario-based activities, and exercises aligned to learning goals and working across delivery contexts.
  • •Establish a reusable visual design language for Fieldguide University, since no course content design system exists yet.
  • •Structure course hierarchy, configure settings, QA formatting and links, and write assessments aligned to learning objectives with scoring and certification logic.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years designing and developing eLearning courses with a portfolio showing production quality and visual design capability.
  • •Proficiency with a major authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • •Enough instructional design background to write learning objectives and build storyboards, and to identify issues with content architecture.
  • •Comfort working with subject matter experts, including running SME interviews and synthesizing documentation into usable course structure.
  • •Strong visual design skills for on-screen reading, interaction, and learner attention.
