Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day assigned team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvements.
  • •Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance management to meet expectations.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects for incoming inventory and partner on repair vs. reject decisions based on estimated repair costs and overall quality.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays.
