Engagement and Development Senior Specialist

Lead student engagement initiatives within the Student Success department to improve academic outcomes and support personal growth. Oversee student goal-setting and progress, identify and escalate at-risk students with the Academic Dean’s office, and coordinate remedial classes, tutoring, and advising. Support career planning, encourage participation in competitions and scholarships, and help build entrepreneurship and alumni engagement while maintaining information security and collaborating across departments.
