Job Summary

Own IFRS financial reporting and support month-end accounting across key areas like provisions, revenue adjustments, fixed assets accounting, and HR/payroll matters. Help automate and optimize accounting and reporting processes, and contribute to the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Assist with IFRS 16/IAS 38/IFRS 15 topics, support consolidations using SAP and Lucanet, and participate in local/international IFRS close and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle core accounting topics such as provisions, revenue corrections, fixed assets accounting, and HR/payroll matters across business areas.
•Support optimization and automation of accounting and reporting processes and contribute to implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
•Contribute to monthly IFRS reporting for the shareholder and support local and international IFRS closes and audits.
•Work on IFRS issues including leasing (IFRS 16), intangible assets (IAS 38), and revenue topics (IFRS 15) in coordination with other teams.
•Use SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Lucanet to support IFRS group reporting, including the notes for the IFRS group financial statements.

Key Requirements

•Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Controlling, or Finance (ideally IFRS-focused), or commercial training with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
•First practical experience in accounting, controlling, or within a finance department.
•Interest in consolidation and reporting topics, with initial exposure to IFRS.
•Strong IT affinity, including confident MS Excel skills and initial experience with ERP and consolidation systems (ideally Lucanet).
•Strong analytical mindset and hands-on approach, plus teamwork and clear communication; secure German and English proficiency in writing and speaking.
