Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the production schedule and work queue for antenna system builds and subassemblies, balancing priorities, material readiness, labor capacity, engineering readiness, and delivery commitments.
•Assess production readiness by evaluating material availability, purchase orders, work orders, required documentation, and shop capacity to determine when work should be released.
•Partner closely with purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify, communicate, and resolve production blockers.
•Track production progress against plan, providing clear updates on schedule risks, shortages, priority changes, and work order status through regular production meetings and stakeholder communications.
•Coordinate with purchasing and material planning to ensure long-lead, critical, and constrained components are aligned with production schedules and business priorities.
