Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure personal and shared site safety, adhering to WHS regulations and NEXTracker/Customer safety policies and processes.
  • •Provide technical support for customers across Australia, delivering product and systems expertise and a best-in-class customer experience.
  • •Translate and interpret construction plans, manuals, part number references, technical bulletins, and product change notifications for installation support.
  • •Support project delivery by maintaining communication with PM and customer stakeholders, producing daily construction progress/material/tool reports, and forecasting schedules.
  • •Perform QA inspections of piling and tracker construction, manage deviations through deviation reporting, and coordinate commissioning readiness and process activities.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years construction industry experience, including at least 2 years at supervisory level.
  • •Working understanding of Australian WHS regulations for construction sites.
  • •Construction industry induction (white card) and Basic First Aid + CPR (CPR training provided if needed).
  • •Physical health/fitness to perform onsite responsibilities and willingness to complete health and drug/alcohol screening for site access.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical systems understanding and proficiency with general construction tools and techniques.
