Key Responsibilities

  • •Review team-assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of cash owed and appropriate documentation of account status.
  • •Partner with team members to develop actions for delinquent accounts and escalate when internal stakeholder engagement is needed.
  • •Participate in or lead meetings with internal and external customers to discuss aged receivables.
  • •Review accounts for shipment holds and collaborate on proposed next steps, including review/approval of write-offs and refunds.
  • •Hire, train, and develop a team of collection specialists; monitor collection effectiveness, drive process improvements, and manage medium-scale projects to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or 10 years of prior relevant experience in absence of a degree.
  • •Prior experience in credit & collections.
  • •Prior management experience.
  • •Prior experience with SAP and JDE.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills with customer service focus.
