Harvest Supervisor - B Shift - JOSLIN, IL

Oversee B-shift harvest production to maintain high output, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment. Check daily production orders, ensure adequate staffing before line start-up, supervise team member rotations and morning exercises, and maintain machinery performance. Ensure workstations pass USDA inspection, manage accurate shipments and inventory coding, keep records of reworked/returned product, and promote continuous quality through training and safety meetings.
