Key Responsibilities

  • •Day-to-day management and development of construction/renovations for major land, attractions, resorts, walkways/waterways, and new facilities.
  • •Coordinate design decisions and construction document production; avoid contract claims/disputes; minimize change orders and manage project changes.
  • •Monitor project budget and schedule daily to meet approval objectives for new attractions, refurbishments, and enhancements.
  • •Oversee creative/design/architectural management, including qualifying, procuring, selecting, contracting, and managing Architectural/Engineering/Technical designers.
  • •Hire, select, and develop the project team; track and report project budget, schedule, and progress to upper management while participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • •License in Architecture or Engineering is preferred.
  • •Experience required in facility maintenance field, including specific training and experience with facility maintenance and inspection.
  • •Supervises members of the facility project team (size varies by project).
  • •Experience delivering projects that open on budget and schedule while meeting quality and creative/architectural intent targets.
