Lead Geologist, II

Oversee multiple exploration and resource development programs, ensuring alignment with Maaden’s growth strategy and business plans. Reporting to the Director, Resource Development, you’ll manage drilling program delivery across assets, coordinate contract and equipment activities, and ensure safe, productive operations. Lead data collection and analysis, interpret drilling results to provide geological insights, and update programs based on new technical and economic conditions while mentoring junior geologists.
