Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and ongoing support of Workday Integrations within AMS/production environments, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues; manage incidents, problems, and changes following defined processes.
  • •Collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into robust integration solutions and maintain thorough documentation and runbooks.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and provide mentorship to Analysts as needed.
  • •Continuously evaluate Workday updates/releases and adopt new features to optimize integration performance and reduce recurring issues.
