•Lead the development and ongoing support of Workday Integrations within AMS/production environments, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions.
•Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues; manage incidents, problems, and changes following defined processes.
•Collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into robust integration solutions and maintain thorough documentation and runbooks.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and provide mentorship to Analysts as needed.
•Continuously evaluate Workday updates/releases and adopt new features to optimize integration performance and reduce recurring issues.
