Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end operations across contract logistics and temperature-controlled warehouse facilities, including inbound, storage, inventory management, and outbound.
  • •Drive warehouse productivity, service levels, operational efficiency, and standardize operational processes across facilities.
  • •Ensure uninterrupted cold chain integrity, manage refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring, and minimize product losses.
  • •Own warehouse P&L and annual operating budgets, deliver cost optimization, and improve productivity through automation and process optimization.
  • •Lead safety, quality, and compliance efforts (including audits and continuous improvement) and manage regional warehouse managers and functional leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across contract logistics and temperature-controlled facilities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to ensure cold chain integrity and comply with cold chain standards and customer requirements.
  • •Experience owning warehouse P&L and developing/monitoring operating budgets with cost optimization.
  • •Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDP/GMP/HACCP/ISO/FSSAI) and leading audits.
  • •Experience implementing WMS, ERP integrations, and warehouse automation (including barcode/RFID) and using operational dashboards for performance management.
