Own Flow’s enterprise AI tools ecosystem, including governance, access controls, secure configuration, and usage monitoring. Lead security policies and security posture roadmap across multi-property and corporate systems, partnering with Legal and Engineering on compliance. Architect identity and access management (SSO/SAML, RBAC, Google Workspace) and drive IT automation using Python. Manage SaaS and telecom vendor portfolios, budgets, renewals, and lead cross-functional IT initiatives from design through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the central technical owner for internal enterprise AI platforms, including governance, vendor/licensing relationships, access controls, and secure configuration.
•Develop and enforce security policies for AI usage and data protection; lead internal security reviews, access audits, and incident response planning.
•Own the architecture and governance layer for identity systems, including Yesh ID SSO/SAML/app provisioning and Google Workspace admin policies, plus RBAC and least-privilege.
•Design and build IT automation to reduce manual overhead and improve security posture; maintain workflows for provisioning, access requests, monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
•Own enterprise SaaS administration and vendor management, including licensing/renewals, telecom platform relationships, and IT budget support including spend tracking and renewal calendar.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in IT engineering, security engineering, infrastructure, or a closely related senior role.
•Deep knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, RBAC, Google Workspace administration, and MDM policy design (Addigy, JumpCloud, Jamf, or equivalent).
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) deploying and maintaining production services.
•Direct experience owning enterprise AI tools at an organizational level, including governance, access control, usage monitoring, and policy enforcement.
•Ability to write production-quality Python automation and read/maintain/extend an existing codebase.
