Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive-level administrative leadership by anticipating needs, managing complex correspondence, and coordinating travel and expense operations.
  • •Manage an independently run, complex executive calendar and coordinate high-volume meetings across multiple time zones.
  • •Act as a liaison among leadership and stakeholders, monitor engagement and dynamics, and escalate issues as needed.
  • •Coordinate division-wide and leadership retreats/events, including logistics and planning support for leadership materials.
  • •Support travel logistics including visas and security, prepare comprehensive travel materials, and provide on-the-ground meeting coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • •Experience providing administrative support to senior management or executives.
  • •Strong ability to prioritize, manage time precisely, and communicate decisions and processes clearly.
  • •Advanced discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (especially Outlook), with experience using AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT strongly preferred.
