Intern will support the Group IT Governance team in Milan, assisting with IT budget tracking, portfolio and masterplan updates, and developing dashboards and reports to improve governance, transparency, and alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the tracking and monitoring of the IT budget and cost control activities, helping with data collection and consolidation
•Assist in maintaining the IT project portfolio and masterplan tracking, ensuring updates are accurate and consistent
•Contribute to the preparation of IT performance dashboards and KPI reports (delivery, quality, efficiency)
•Support the documentation and analysis of the IT Operating Model (processes, roles, and tools)
•Help prepare executive presentations for CIO staff and senior stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
•Strong interest in IT governance, project management, and IT processes
•Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and/or ITIL fundamentals
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
