Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Pandora Americas Shared Services payroll process as a primary subject matter expert, including calculation, auditing, preparation, and submission of payroll for NAM.
  • •Administer accurate bi-weekly/weekly multi-state payrolls for 10,000+ retail employees using Dayforce and UKG.
  • •Research and resolve payroll issues through the Zen Desk Payroll ticketing system; maintain employee payroll garnishments and process approved off-cycle payments.
  • •Maintain HRIS data integrity in SAP SuccessFactors and reconcile retail time and attendance, including commissions, bonuses, and tip allocations.
  • •Ensure federal, state, and local wage and hour compliance, run variance reports, support audits, and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •8–10 years of high-volume payroll experience.
  • •Experience with UKG (Ultimate Software), SuccessFactors, and Dayforce (or Enterprise Time Keeping).
  • •Strong understanding of tax jurisdiction, multi-state wage and hour rules, and payroll compliance (including garnishments and deductions).
