Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and nurture a network of exceptional Product and Design talent.
  • •Develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for current and future hiring needs.
  • •Partner with Product and Design leaders to understand strategy, teams, and capability requirements.
  • •Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining requirements through offer and close.
  • •Support recruitment across Engineering and other business areas when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience recruiting Product and Design talent within a technology business or specialist search environment.
  • •Ability to proactively build relationships with high-calibre passive candidates.
  • •Deep knowledge of the Product and Design talent market, including relevant disciplines, companies, and team structures.
  • •Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted talent adviser.
  • •Excellent sourcing, networking, talent-mapping, and market-research skills, with strong communication and stakeholder-management ability.
