Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality in-branch customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, online and mobile banking, and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-trained to assist with sales and service needs, help with new account openings and issue resolution, follow internal controls and risk policies, and participate in required leadership routines and training.
