Senior Product Manager - Split Payments

Lead and scale Adyen’s Split Payments product lifecycle, owning the long-term vision, roadmap priorities, and success metrics. Work across the payment lifecycle (authorization, capture, refunds, chargebacks) to define split and monetization use cases, build rule-driven commission and fee distribution logic, and improve customer-facing self-service tooling. Partner with Payments, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Commercial, Operational teams, and platforms to translate needs into product enhancements and ensure reliable, scalable performance.
