Job Summary

Maintain a continuous, uninterrupted supply of components to the production Fry and Prep area to support safe, timely, and efficient food manufacturing. Work around fryers, kettles, raw meat, and the Urschel while following USDA, HACCP, plant recipes, GMPs, and safety rules. Inspect components during processing and changeover, support product rotation and time/temperature logging, perform sanitation/changeover needs, and report deviations to supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Supply desired product to the production line in the correct rotation order based on line demands.
•Ensure products conform to recipe specifications and handle components properly during processing.
•Gather and store Time & Temperature sheets where applicable and follow product rotation/time/temperature guidelines.
•Assist with utensils/support equipment handling and return, and obtain/return luggers, carts, and trays to designated areas.
•Follow lockout tag out procedures and support sanitation/changeover requirements while maintaining a clean work environment.

Key Requirements

•Work with minimal supervision and be able to travel throughout the production area for assigned tasks.
•Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) (as required by the role).
