Key Responsibilities

•Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellent service aligned with the client journey ceremony
•Capture customer data in the CRM to connect with the client, maintain relationships, and develop future opportunities
•Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset in daily operations
•Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and a positive working environment while upholding diversity and inclusion values
•Provide an excellent in-store experience, cross-sell across Departments, and help achieve individual sales targets and KPIs

Key Requirements

•Passion for selling and stores; curiosity about luxury/fashion, art and design
•Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both in a team and independently
•Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, results-driven with problem-solving skills
•English language proficiency; other languages are a plus
