  • •Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • •Set enterprise frameworks for workforce planning, career pathing, and organizational design standards, ensuring consistency, equity, and alignment with the mission.
  • •Lead responsible point-of-view and change-management standards for AI and automation impacts on roles, skills, structures, and management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of People Operations and/or Human Resources experience.
