Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop an AI-fluent RM team by hiring, onboarding, and coaching Relationship Managers across the MidMarket segment; drive multi-threaded, value-based conversations focused on expansion, renewals, and long-term growth
•Own the team’s revenue including renewals, expansion, and pipeline generation; establish forecasting discipline, deal inspection, and operational rigor at scale
•Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to sales processes; balance near-term execution with long-term team development and business health
•Lead multi-threaded expansion strategies across accounts to unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities and drive larger renewals
•Partner with Product, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing, and CS to translate AI capabilities into customer-facing narratives and support AI-driven GTM changes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 292,500 - 349,375 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Sales Management experience in a quota-carrying SaaS environment (Mid-Market or commercial)

•Proven ability to forecast, inspect deals, and operate with rigor at scale
•Strong coaching and talent development skills with experience managing mid-market/account executives or relationship managers
•Demonstrated ability to forecast, deal inspect, and maintain CRM hygiene while guiding teams through change
