Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct SIG operational governance and insights to deliver executive reporting and governance materials for monthly performance reviews.
  • •Oversee UK Tech financials, including budget forecasting, capex processes, and cost centre management, and own Cloud FinOps to optimize cloud spend.
  • •Drive capacity planning and recruitment oversight across the technology department, including resource capacity management and delivery engineering tracking.
  • •Continuously improve processes, data utilization, and metrics reporting to increase efficiency across outcome teams.
  • •Lead and coach the multi-disciplinary team, setting capability roadmaps and fostering a professional, data-driven culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience managing tech budgets, forecasting, cost centres, and capex, with a basic understanding of Cloud FinOps.
  • •Proven stakeholder management skills, including translating complex data into executive-level visual reporting.
  • •Advanced analytical skills and strong command of Excel/Google Sheets to interrogate operational data and drive data-led decisions.
  • •Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Working knowledge of resource capacity planning, MI dashboard reporting, and operational recruitment workflows.
