Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly accounting for various legal entities, ensuring monthly journal entry protocol meets compliance, completeness, and accuracy standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal SLAs, guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements for the process.
  • •Deploy internal accounting and external reporting implications of new or amended accounting standards.
  • •Support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, including creating use cases for intelligent automation technologies.
  • •Lead and maintain controls and governance (e.g., SOX, PRSA) while working across multiple time zones to meet deadlines and produce complete and accurate financial statements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or post-graduate in Commerce with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • •1–2 years of experience in financial accounting with knowledge of Oracle/ERP and the card business model.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end AR/AP process flow, accounting, and reconciliation.
  • •Awareness and understanding of financial consolidation processes and accounting control frameworks (including SOX).
  • •Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
