Key Responsibilities

•Execute order placement, validation, and maintenance activities in ERP systems aligned with supply and demand plans.
•Act as the primary buyer and interface for OEM suppliers regarding order confirmations, changes, and delivery follow-ups.
•Monitor order progress against factory calendars and proactively identify potential delays or supply risks.
•Manage order revisions, re-prioritization, and allocation adjustments to support changing business requirements.
•Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
•3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Order Management, Procurement, or Buyer-related roles.
•Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or equivalent platforms.
•Experience coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing partners is preferred.
•Strong execution mindset with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
