Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components, including diverters, scanners, and third-party interfacing equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems using structured troubleshooting methods.
  • •Respond to system interruptions from carrier jams, sensor faults, and control logic errors; execute resets and root-cause analysis.
  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance per BEUMER standards and OEM documentation for the ICS system.
  • •Interface with BEUMER SAC and PLC systems to monitor performance, execute logic-based interventions, and support upgrades and hardware retrofits.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or technical certification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems, preferably in airport or logistics environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
  • •Deep understanding of mechatronic systems, including sensors, actuators, motors, and controls.
  • •Proficiency with BEUMER SAC systems and PLC programming (Siemens preferred), plus fault diagnostics and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, CANbus).
