Key Responsibilities

•Define, evolve, and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy aligned with global and enterprise leadership.
•Lead multiple IT infrastructure functions through managers, setting organizational structure, accountability, and performance outcomes.
•Own multi-year infrastructure roadmaps and translate business strategy into technology capabilities and investment priorities.
•Oversee global infrastructure operations for availability, capacity, performance, and security; govern KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
•Manage budgets, vendor relationships, business continuity/disaster recovery, and infrastructure transformation toward resilient, automated, cost-efficient operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•10+ years experience in an enterprise IT environment.
•4-6 years experience leading managers or multiple teams in an enterprise environment.
•4-6 years proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure across hybrid environments.
•1-3 years experience implementing governance, lifecycle management, and service improvement frameworks; plus technical foundation across areas like networking, cloud platforms, operating systems life-cycle, automation, backup, databases, monitoring, or PKI.
