Job Summary

Serve HSBC Premier Elite clients as a senior relationship manager, owning and growing a high-value portfolio while delivering needs-based wealth strategies. Work closely with Investment and Insurance Specialist teams to support clients across their life journey, achieve KPI and profit growth, and increase loyalty through proactive collaboration. Lead and mentor assigned support staff, build team culture, and ensure adherence to local and global compliance and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage relationships with HSBC Premier Elite clients and acquire, develop, and retain clients in a dedicated portfolio.
•Help clients articulate needs and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations; understand personal and professional goals.
•Provide financial advice and individualized strategies for wealth creation and capital preservation; work toward KPI and profit growth.
•Collaborate with internal partners to meet client needs and increase loyalty.
•Mentor and coach team members, complete line manager responsibilities for support staff, and ensure compliance and operational integrity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline.
•Solid experience in relationship management and managing ultra-high net worth client portfolios in the financial sector.
•Proven track record in client portfolio management.
•Evidence of strong client recommendation and sales results in wealth products.
•Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products.
