Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a Client Coverage team delivering seamless banking services, financing solutions, advisory, and tailored decisions for Large Corporate Clients.
  • •Support deal structuring and restructuring and provide advisory input for corporate clients.
  • •Contribute to driving the sustainability agenda by supporting implementation of sustainability strategies across Baltic banks.
  • •Work with ESG data across areas such as sustainable finance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
  • •Spend about 30% of time on development activities including training, visiting international sites, and participating in business challenges with other trainees.

Key Requirements

  • •A recent degree with at least some work experience (over 1 year) in a large or international organisation, especially related to account management or finance analytics.
  • •Strong understanding of business finances and core business processes, with interest in macroeconomic and microeconomic trends and their impact on corporate clients.
  • •Keen interest in sustainability and the ESG agenda.
  • •Initiative and ambition to drive change, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • •C1 level English and fluent Lithuanian (written and verbal), plus proficiency in Excel and willingness to travel across countries.
