Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to client locations in the Greater Houston Area to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in the field.
  • •Perform service-advisor and parts department duties, including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all vehicle interactions and customer concerns for diagnosis and repair.
  • •Maintain high knowledge of EV systems, including High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general EV systems.
  • •Handle customer service duties such as answering phones, scheduling, follow-ups, and invoicing/collecting payment.
