Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in the Sika SAFE Program and ensure compliance with safety policies and industrial housekeeping.
  • •Oversee and operate packaging equipment and mixing equipment to meet process and procedure specifications.
  • •Ensure mixing processes are executed and documented within validated parameters, including order of addition and mixing times.
  • •Operate PLC-related controls and use instruments (flowmeters, pressure gauges) to transfer chemical fluids; perform line changeovers and equipment adjustments.
  • •Verify product quality standards (weight tolerances, appearance, DOT labeling, batch identification) and guide/train new and temporary employees.
