Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs while maintaining accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members.
