Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
  • •Design and develop solutions to priority risks and drive their deployment and effectiveness with stakeholders.
  • •Represent the team in cross-functional groups in appropriate areas of expertise.
  • •Establish expertise in relevant investigative techniques, technologies, or abuse prevention strategies.
  • •Reactively investigate scams, fraud, and illicit goods and activities; conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations (or 12+ years in lieu of a degree).
  • •6+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
  • •6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).
  • •3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes, technology, or other business areas to improve customer integrity or related capabilities.
  • •Ability to work onsite in Bastrop, TX and be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
