Detect, disrupt, and investigate potential misuse of the Starlink service by proactively assessing platform integrity and abuse risks. Design and deploy solutions to address priority threats, represent the team across cross-functional stakeholder groups, and develop expertise in investigative and abuse-prevention techniques. Reactively investigate scams, fraud, and illicit goods/activities, and conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations while balancing enforcement with customer privacy.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks.
•Design and develop solutions to priority risks and drive their deployment and effectiveness with stakeholders.
•Represent the team in cross-functional groups in appropriate areas of expertise.
•Establish expertise in relevant investigative techniques, technologies, or abuse prevention strategies.
•Reactively investigate scams, fraud, and illicit goods and activities; conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations (or 12+ years in lieu of a degree).
•6+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
•6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).
•3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes, technology, or other business areas to improve customer integrity or related capabilities.
•Ability to work onsite in Bastrop, TX and be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
