Job Summary

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Etihad’s customer-facing mobile app portfolio—setting product vision, strategy, and roadmap, then leading discovery through delivery, launch, and optimization. Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable, high-performing mobile experiences. Drive Agile delivery with clear priorities, dependencies, and risks, using customer insights, analytics, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks to improve engagement and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile applications.
•Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization.
•Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, high-performing mobile experiences.
•Drive Agile product delivery by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
•Use customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform decisions and monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and feedback.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
•7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
•Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android.
•Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
•Experience working with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
