Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for ramp operations, delivering safe, efficient, customer-focused aircraft turnaround services.
  • •Account for turnaround efficiency and on-time performance (OTP) targets, ensuring ramp services meet SLA and regulatory requirements.
  • •Champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory, airport, airline, and dnata operational standards.
  • •Lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous safety and operational improvement.
  • •Lead, develop, and inspire the ramp operations workforce through workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of airport ramp operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • •Experience managing aircraft turnaround activities, ramp safety, and frontline operational teams.
  • •Experience in a 24/7 operational environment, able to work outdoors airside in high-noise, fast-paced conditions, including weekends and public holidays.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain Changi Airport Airside Driving Permit (ADP) and Airport Pass.
