  • •Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations using data and feedback while balancing speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • •Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
