Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and sustain country field service EHS plans, annual objectives, and improvement actions aligned with Eaton’s global Field Service EHS initiatives.
  • •Support regional EHS leadership and local business leaders in maintaining EHS compliance programs for field service, project, service, and office activities.
  • •Coordinate with local stakeholders, project teams, and service leaders to achieve EHS targets and objectives.
  • •Implement Management of Environmental, Health and Safety (MESH) requirements and use MESH tools to support continuous improvement.
  • •Manage and track EHS training, incident prevention, contractor management, audits, permits, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).
  • •Certified Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).
  • •5 to 7 years of working experience in EHS, field service, project, electrical systems, or contractor safety management.
  • •Experience with regulatory compliance, field inspections, incident investigation, and contractor management; practical understanding of field service safety controls.
