Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for early careers roles across tech and non-tech areas on a global scale.
  • •Own recruitment operations, including ATS and assessment tools, with automations and integrations with internal and external vendors.
  • •Drive strategy and execution for key functional recruitment areas, including intern and graduate program management.
  • •Contribute to headcount management and forecasting for early careers talent aligned with business needs.
  • •Plan and host events (virtual and in-person), measure success using data, partner on university relationships, and mentor junior recruiters.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally owning end-to-end hiring for early careers roles.
  • •Proven experience working on global-scale recruitment initiatives.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • •Strong verbal and written English skills for daily candidate communication with an international team.
  • •Experience with Smart Recruiters and/or skills assessment platforms (e.g., HackerRank or Maki People) is a plus; open to feedback.
