Lead end-to-end order fulfillment in Brazil, ensuring order book accuracy, product availability, and inventory productivity. Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the end-to-end Order Fulfillment strategy, from purchasing and product availability planning through order book management, inventory allocation, and delivery across channels.
•Ensure product availability and inventory productivity by balancing supply and demand, reducing stock-outs and excess inventory, and maximizing inventory usage.
•Lead strategic order book management by setting processes, governance, and performance indicators for accuracy, visibility, prioritization, and execution discipline.
•Monitor and drive fulfillment KPIs including availability, COTA, service level, inventory turnover, stock coverage, inventory aging, and order fulfillment performance.
•Lead transformation, digitalization, and automation initiatives to evolve the function into a strategic business partner, and lead/develop the Order Fulfillment team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain with significant exposure to Order Fulfillment, planning, inventory management, Product Supply, or related areas.
•Proven experience in leadership roles, including managing and developing teams and/or senior specialist professionals.
•Experience defining and implementing Supply Chain strategies and leading process transformation initiatives.
•Advanced or fluent English, with ability to interact effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
