  • •Lead shift production to meet safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals.
  • •Act as a safety leader by supporting EHS programs, conducting audits, and participating in incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
  • •Oversee daily production schedules, ensure production goals are achieved, and monitor products for conformance to specifications.
  • •Manage employee timecards, time-off requests, performance reviews, disciplinary processes, and training to ensure coverage and capability.
  • •Analyze production data (including via production dashboards and SAP) and investigate equipment/material and production standard issues with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements
